The amendment to the By-Laws should create confidence in BCAP. If you read the two PR's mentioning the share structure, one should surmise and amendment to the effect of:
No R/S and no increase in A/S for two years.
All the BS about dilution is removed as a topic of conversation since we'll have the legal language in addition to the real lack of dilution.
