I was told by IR that the July 31st PR was lengthy and informative on purpose to get to the shorts. In hindsight that PR was going to be the last insight we would have for a month so another reason for it's length. There is much in that PR to complete and release additional news on it's results. The Employee Stock Program PR could have come later IMO but who knows what Reid is thinking or maybe he is trying to imply "building a real company" with real benefits for it's employees.  The company doesn't want traders; they want investors so they don't care about the day to day PPS but just building a solid oil producing company and the rest falls into place. There timelines are not shareholders timelines.
