Very well could be he ran in to money issues that happens to me daily lol but if that is so spending more money on a lawyer is digging a deeper hole IMO we went thru this several months ago when he was bragging how he and another were just going to buy the company for they could run it much better.
Toy I'm all about giving some one the benefit of doubt but this is not the first rant he has thrown and to do so and cause any one to sell and miss out on the return ( we expect) is wrong any way I look at it.

As far as Jeff really doing any thing about him, I highly doubt it ( for I think Jeff has thick skin and is far to busy) but as usual all above is just my opinion and you know what they say about that
