I did inquire. The response was not adequate. Ask what the purpose of the borrowing agreement is for and how it helps the company. How much is Urbanski being paid in order for GEM to short SCRC shares?
The warrants are far out of the money and unlikely to be exercised until the share price reaches those levels, aka SCRC gets no money until they are exercised. They are often used to hedge against a short position. It is a strategy to capture delta.
