Now it only makes since for them to raise the A/S from 900 million to 2.2 billion, 2 reasons:

1. With such a low A/S total of 900 million some big VC could come in and for a mere $3.1 million take controlling interest of the company buy owning 51% of the shares. It would be negligent at this point in what they have accomplished in rolling out this new 3D technologynot to protect the company and shareholder.

2. This is a $60 billion industry and content will be king. The more the have, the faster they will get a bigger piece of that $60 billion market. That faster they get it, the more revenue they will have coming in to their bottom line. So if they do have to sell to raise money to acquire content and the content the buy brings in more revenue it will increase revenue month over month. They only have to buy the content 1 time. Some content they will acquire will be given to them and they just pay a royalty fee.

Show me the revenue from what the 3D app will bring in and we are golden. Talking to them the possibilities are endless. Imagine watching a Pizza Hut commercialand the pizza box comes out of the TV screen flies around in front of your eyes, the lid opens up and says order now. When they start selling those commercials once this app get out into the main stream, I promise you every major company out there that does main stream TV ads will want this to captivate their audience with. That is only the tip of the iceberg. I learned a tremendous amount when I spent over 6 hours with them on Wednesday.
