I wrote a brief article today about toxic financing and posted it on the MVP blog for all to read.

Anyways, I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on this matter.  I view toxic financing as a broader issue that the OTC markets need to deal with.  They need to stress better opportunities for financing and help the companies trading in their markets find these financing options. 

Many OTC companies fall victim to debt financiers that know how to set terms in their favor, which results in dilution down the road in favor of the financiers and not the equity investor.
