It all depends on ones understanding of a company trying to correct past issues at the same time as they are trying to take the next step forward. This doesn't happen over night. I can understand where your coming from but it's my opinion that himr has done a good job at balancing this. It may not be happening as quickly as some would like but progress is progress imo.
