The IPO is over. BCAP was involved, but the contract was terminated sometime in February / March (read the filings). Shareholders have a lot of good things to look forward to in the upcoming reports.
One thing that was just announced yesterday is that O/S is now planned to be reduced from 54.5M to 49.5M, while XSKN ownership will increase from 25% to 35%. I suspect what hasn't been formally written is that the deal is going to be paid for in cash. I reach that conclusion because other equipment and services are being paid for in cash.
