Email I sent to Mr. Schneiderman. Will update if I get a response. I am not negative on SCRC but the lending agreement makes no sense other than the investor is going to be shorting SCRC borrowing a Director's shares:
Can you clarify why there is a lending agreement between Mr. Urbanski and the Investor stated on the 8K?
I am reading it as the investor will be shorting SCRC shares in order to keep the price down so they can buy shares in a private placement at a level they want. The warrants would be a hedge against any short position they take.
