NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the aforementioned matter known as
e.Digital Corporation v. JVC Americas Corp, et al.,33:13-cv-00356-DMS-WVG,
has been resolved in its entirety.
The parties have reached a settlement in principle, but are finalizing the
settlement agreement.
The parties anticipate filing a voluntary dismissal and/or
motion for dismissal as to their claims and/or counterclaims, no later than
November 15, 2013.
Given that the parties anticipate filing a voluntary dismissal and/or motion to
dismiss as to all claims and/or counterclaims in this case no later than November
15, 2013, it is believed that this matter has been resolved in its entirety.
