PRs used to drive PPS down on day of issue, but now they do the opposite; the stock soars and closes near HOD. It's learning how to rebound. I think it shows Shorty has lost the total control he once had. Shorty's group may be quite nervous, even gettting desperate, because SKTO isn't the passive punching bag it once was. It bites back.  I credit that to the new blood coming into this stock and the enthusiastic input of entrepreneurial Cannabee, with its large and loyal following, and BB. There's a strong synergy developing with SK and these two components.
