It kind of suggests they're not spending much time on the site watching for any issues or avenues of improvements. Is it just me or is this a reactive involvement, as opposed to a proactive involvement? Over the last few years share holders have not only reported on glitches but offered up ideas. It kind of begs for the question, who’s actually been building this site?
