Im not sure where everyone on this board is from in the country but Im In CA. I can tell you that everywhere I go I see people smoking some sort of Ecig and there are retailers popping up everywhere selling them. They are not even dispenseraries, they just sell the ecig itself. which is totally legal. Just like going into a headshop and buying a bong or peace pipe but you cant buy weed there because they don't sell it. I know other parts of the country move slower then CA but I can tell you first hand the Ecig market out here is getting huge and growing FAST!!!
