dano9008, quiet an interesting post. A lot to think about. I too have questioned NorthCal's non-involvement. I believe Kgem is correct, they may be looking for a sizable piece of the pie with little risk. I think they need to see others interest in himr and the Tigerlynk and they may soften up a little. Don't be surprised if others aren't interested in himr and Tigerlynk besides Frank Van Vranken.
