I was starting to develop a sliver of optimism then I saw this:
Alki David has to explain to a judge by October 21 why he shouldn't be held in contempt of court.
I know this has been talked about before but this is a potential snag isn't it? I also know those with the money can make the rules but what if this is a tough judge?
