rdkl18, you ask a very good question.  In my opinion, North Cal could or might become more involved if they decided it was in their best interest to step forward right now.  However, it could be that Frank Van Franken is holding out for the best possible deal.  If Hollund had another company interested, than that might hurry things along and provide Hollund with a means of bargaining for a better deal.  Lots of possibilities out there.
