PPS is one thing but are you implying selling at .10? I guess we could assume the PPS goes up on heavy buying volume if the market starts to find TECO credible. Otherwise there will be little liquidity for all those planning to sell their millions of cheaper shares. I can foresee unloading maybe
1mm-2mm shares on heavy volume on the way up to .10 and possibly without stifling the PPS. If everyone is simply waiting to sell all or a portion of their shares then then the PPS will stagnate much lower than .10 based on too many selling for profits. With the millions of restricted shares coming to maturity and all the common shares being held based the years of very low volume; I'll be curious to see the buying and selling percentages once TECO has a common market for their stock. Currently we would all need to sell our stock in a private sale if we were unloading millions of shares.
