Was there 4000 or 8000 TECO shareholders last time we heard? That would mean 4K-8K shareholders are holding i.e. not buying and not selling? Hard to believe so many would be lurking and holding but possible I suppose. This very low level of TECO internet interest and electronic volume compared to what's obviously in the works can peaks one's curiousity. If major milestones are successful then it will be interesting to see how many run for the hills while they can and how many stick around for buybacks and uplistings. I'll be doing both if we ever have a run that will probably take 10mm-25mm volume days for so many to sell into after having waited so long.
Maybe TECO is targeting an uplisting before any serious OTCBB run is possible. Maybe TECO moves from pennies to dollars overnight! Enough instant revenue from Texas and Belize with a buyback share restructure and it is quite possible they can move their market higher.
