Only if there is a lapse in SEC appropriations as they have carryover balances that allow them to remain open for business whilst most everyone else is closed; presently the SEC has yet to be effected and can still operate for several weeks before they are. Perhaps, JUST PERHAPS, we might be out of this mess beforehand. The mess being the gubment shutdown of course.
