Bull stated a buyback is possible at these levels but he is never too specific on the boards.  Did he mean oil levels and the revenue they plan to bring in or PPS levels or both.  Two improved quarters and an added threat of a buyback and regardless of number of shares being bought back would really hurt the shorts.
