so no matter what geo might obtain by manipulation in tx, cwrn would, if theres any justice, imo obtain a far greater judgement against geo in CA-showing the fallacy of geo bringing a pre-emptive case in tx in violation of jva jurisdiction 

geos imo bizarre games notwithstanding, the tx court has no jurisdiction over cwrn/ the mine, so unless something really bizarre happens, there should be no affect on the mine or shareholders from tx case
