That's exactly right. Two new tickers will be born here I'm guessing within the next 60 days as far as the merger and the dividend and all that we have been told. I'm guaranteeing that we get firm dates on those items in the conference call. Once again they had to complete the audits for AEGY before any of this stuff could happen. Its a non issue. Ive talked to Benz. Like he said there is nothing, absolutely nothing in his past or Kevin Allyn's past that suggest that they are scamsters or fraudsters.
