other than rescheduling to 11-4-13 same old pretrial jockeying games w geo trying to get sanctions resulting from, cwrn claims, geos failure to follow the prescribed timelines in the rules re discovery
and geo never even took shirleys depo though she was present
imo and experience, these are ambulance chaser tactics, trying to manipulate the judge, often due to plaintiff thinking thats the only way they can win
and again cwrn has a much bigger case against geo in CA which could reward shareholders handsomely
