I don't know if it's paid for or not. I'm not sure it matters...it's just as promoting to the public as it is to investors. The question might be, what;s wrong with promoting the stock and the drinks? Isn't the CEO responsible to grow both? Bashers have convinced all that a stock promo is bad...why? The CEO's job is to raise the PPS, especially when it's selling at a 75% discount to FMV. He's trying to do the right thing, just having very little luck at it. That and his failure to realize that audited fins are worth getting if he wants stock to rise. Smartest thing he could do is buy shares now, audit fins, then sell then back for 3 or 4X the money.
