The only updates I can give you are as follows:
1. We are preparing the paperwork and the attorney opinion letters requested by OTC Markets to remove the skull and cross bones. Since the process requires outside attorney opinion letter it is taking somewhat longer than we had expected. But we feel that the process will be completed as soon as possible.
2. We are also working on the Website for the company.
3. We hope to start issuing PR on a regular basis after September 15, 2012. We will be using PR Newswire service for our PR statements.
4. Once the funding closes for the company we will release financial statements and as soon as our accountant completes an audit we will release the audited statements (3rd Qt only).
