As has been the case in numerous TECO endeavors; this trial and error approach to removing the packer is ludicrous. They first consulted with a BNE employee and now will be doing the same with a firm or individuals in Houston? Has a packer been used in a Belize well before? One can only assume BNE used this process but obviously didn't have the solution for this specific type of extraction. This must be costing a fortune and I hope is worth the expense.
