There's always that possibility as many posters on IHUB are now deceased.  But I tend to think his fees for bashing were cut off from his bosses due to possible legal problems.  Also, could be they have as many shares as they think they can get at these price levels.  You have made a good point for a possible scenario for the sudden demise of Earnest but we know from this MSJ 9/25/12 PR that they were contacting their attorneys to stop the mis-information about them from BGL.

The fact is Mexico has a very organized business culture that is internationally recognized, and it is not difficult to contact the Public Registry of Property and Commerce in Mexico City (Registro Publico de la Propiedad y de Comercio) to verify corporate ownership and legal representation. Mr. George Salazar Barnett has had no involvement with MSJ since June 2011 , and documentation to that fact have been notarized and registered in Mexico for well over a year.
