I certainly agree Integracer.  The last we heard, the restructuring of Lonnie Hayward's Class C shares was progressing nicely.  So if the restructuring falls though, or they cannot do it at this time, then I view this as a serious problem.  Regardless, HIMR still needs to fill shareholders in on what exactly is going on and approximately how long we may have to wait for something substantial.
