Complete BS. CBS has 565 million shares. Disney (ABC) has 1.7 billion shares. Fox has 2.3 billion. NBC is owned by GE and I think is 10 billion shares. AMC has about 72 million shares. Even for the companies here that have shares in the billions... NONE of them had that many shares authorized out of the gate. The increase in AS fort hose companies happened over time with splits. They were already successful companies. Makes me shudder with disbelief that Samblis would imply that to be successful you need to have BILLIONS of authorized shares. I thought he had experience as an expert analyst? No wonder he got out if he makes claims like that.
