Ask the person who posted posted a copy of the signatures on the contract with Kinross on this board at the time clearly showing the relevant signatures.
The only reason why SRGE/MSJ decided not to pursue Kinross, was because it would have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and a couple of years to get them to honour the contract, cheaper and easier to walk away. However, at the same time the 18 month time limit for BGL to lodge an appeal was fast approaching. The judgement handed down to BGL in August 2011, when they tried to register the properties in their name still stands. So why not wait till then and transfer all the properties back to MSJ then negotiate with all the other interested parties?
Once that 18 month deadline had passed, BGL would not be able to do anything but accept defeat. So, instead of negotiating with other interested parties, via SRGE, they decided to transfer the properties back direct to themselves first.
The only thing SRGE was set up for, was to protect the mining properties, from any judgement handed down against Minera San Jorge in the Mexican Courts.
Once SRGE had fulfilled it's purpose, there was no need to keep the properties under the SRGE name any more.
There are local and national politicians who hold shares in SRGE, so if MSJ want to do business internationally, they will take good care of SRGE shareholders . Otherwise those Mexican politicians might kinda make it very hard to ever get a mining permit on Mexico - ever again.
What do you think MSJ will do under the circumstances? Assuming they ever want to do business in Mexico again?
