what happens if the sec doesn't find any wrong doing ? or if they do does that mean investors lose out ? i read charts and throwed a couple hundred in on this because it was below 30 on the rsi had pretty good luck in the past picking up a few bucks, but i didn't know or read any info on misleading statements only what was posted as company news. oh well i'm smart in a lot of things and i learned by getting hurt or losing money.
