"Les is spending his Canadian Thanksgiving Holiday with a representative from the partner. They are addressing some issues with the "operational agreement" and it's not about the joint venture contract. Les has stated that the operational agreement is a twenty year agreement and can be altered from time to time as circumstances require. But it is obvious to me that they want to get this all completed as soon as possible or he wouldn't be giving us his holiday just to work on Medinah business. I believe it is because "time is of the essence" right now as relating to possible announcements that are in the pipeline to be announced.
I do believe it's going to be an interesting "next few" days. As has been stated, no one know the exact time the jv announcement will be made but I also believe we will hear something from management in the next few days. I sure hope that holds true."
