The government has a better success rate than Steve, but let's not conflate issues. Reality is is that Steve is not a closer and is poor at execution, and to deny that is just willful blindness. I've held and have been in/out for more than three years, and his record is abysmal. But he keeps trying, and for that reason I respect.
