I have L2 and have been watching it for months.  What I have observed is that there are usually many shares for sale hidden behind that 10,000 ask.  The longs I know are buying on the ask when we can afford it.  Problem is, most of us are tapped out. Whenever I can squeeze out a little extra money, I slap the ask eod in an effort to thwart the bid whackers.  I looked and today, someone slapped the ask for 100 shares at .009 (thanks for the effort whomever that was).

I do think your suggestion is a good one.  If we all band together and commit to slapping the ask when we have the available cash, we can make a concerted effort to improve our pps.
