I guess we could all just wait till they've found treasure and then buy in. I'm sure you won't miss out on any shares at all. Seems to me that if you look at what they've done in the past with the state (like another guy said) and apply that to the future, you see great potential. Don't you want to buy now before it takes off? But that's okay, later it will still be a good buy. Ya know, if your into doubling or tripling your money. I prefer a "bit" higher return.
But we shall see. There have been TONS of permit granted by the state in the last 20 years. (that's sarcasm. there have not been)
