I bought those 200,000 shares. My order was for .008 which was the last price, but I got filled at .0075 in minutes.  That says someone is willing to sell under the market price. Look at how we keep visiting .005 when trading around .008. It is like kids playing. The volume is so low that any individual with any motive can move the market.
