It would be nice if Bull or another long that has a personal relationship with the company could at least provide some private information about Belize.  Maybe if Treaty post some pictures on FB as a clue without being too outspoken about it and then a comment or two could elaborate. 

How does the SEC handle it when a foreign government disallows information from being publicized but in Treaty's case they would eventually be required to file Belize numbers whether in the form of an 8K or 10Q. On the other hand maybe the GOB has told Treaty to cease drilling until their debt BS is worked out.
