I agree with you we are MSJ now,  but I dont believe they had to ever buy the assets from SRGE is because MSJ created SRGE to begin with !  I believe they were protecting their own interests with the Cinco Mine from BGL until they made sure it was safe to put it back under their wings. Maybe too, testing the the waters in an open market. SRGE is just a shell now, couldnt agree more there, it's history.  MSJ is what we are and will become a part of, once MSJ goes public and hopefully a share exchange will take place or in the least, a once in a lifetime dividend for us shareholders holding!  Why Ernest isnt bashing, well I believe he got himself in a mess of trouble or else BGL has enough shares bought in SRGE themselves,  that the bashing is no more needed. Yep, believe BGL was buying shares and trying to get them as low as they could. I mean how else better then to buy shares and knowing those shares will be a fortune, they need money !  But he quit posting all together on other boards too, so brings me to the thought, someone is pursueing him for his corrupt and continuous bashing against companies.
