VNDM ask sitting .003 keep hitting him

I may have mentioned this before, but just to drive home a point, VNDM is a notorious penny stock manipulator. They hold down ask and wait for people to drop shares into bid. I see them do this over and over. When they are lead ask sitter, it's a smoking gun.
