Thanks for the update.  The instant gratification in me says get the stupid audit done and release some updates so that we can get some new eyes on this stock; but it totally makes sense to delay the 10Q until after the acquisition is complete.  Why do the same thing twice when it can be done once saving money in the process.  Sounds like Ray is busy, busy, busy.
