My call for the contest is LATF. They issued some outstanding news.
For the 9 months ending Sept 30 they had $10 mil in revs & Net earnings of $573,194 OS 1,232,474,395 = 0.0005/EPS
Add Net liquidation Assets to that and the book value = +- 0.001
Current SP = 0.0014 (+100% today)
Back in June this stock was at 0.005, although they issued more than 800 mil shares since then. But if you look at the chart there wasn't much volume so it must have been for an acquisition... Yep Valley Organics Inc
I usually don't like bloated pigs like that but with outstanding news and about $140,000 cash on hand I think they'll lay low with dilution... for now LOL There is of course debt to be reckoned with and any convertible note can cause downward pressure. Although the long term debt seems to be carried forward (more study is required if you want to know the details). The Debt to Assets ratio is 1/3 (in favor of the Assets
There are Accounts payable, but with revenue flowing in that can be taken care of... I think. They also got current on OTC because they filed the two latest financials.
More acquisitions are planned as well, & I guess other positive news (revenue related) can be expected. There were 12 News releases from Jan 13 to May '13 & then a period of drought, so I guess with todays news that this could be a prelude for more to come.
