Any details on shorting PNCH would be appreciated. Broker(s) or other sources of shares? How difficult (or easy) is it to get shares? Approx number? Are you shorting as a retail investor with all the costly fees/margin requirements? If you're kidding around, fine, but there's enough examples around (Sykes, for one) to make the idea believable and unfortunately do-able. The toxic lenders, of course, must be having a feast.
