If Belize comes in with the GOB announcing "commercial oil" then the L2's will be flashing within seconds of each trade.  The chase will be on IMO but who knows how long the MM's will hold out on such an important and successful milestone.  If their smart then they will let go immediately but who ever said they were that smart about riding the long side of a trade. All they know is shorting.
