The cheapest way out is save the legal fee's and drill more holes with higher revenues.  I admit it takes a ton of patience and I can't read their chit just like some can't read my chit on this board.  Though all will be won in the oil field and eventually they will have nothing bad to say.  If they do then TECO will  have enough oil money to do whatever is necessary.  Their days are numbered and when I say numbered;  could be as soon as two months to as long as six months IMO.
