The answer to your good questions would likely be yes.  Time will tell but the bashers seem to have suddenly dried up for the past few days.  I assume if something bad is happening to one of their paid members due to their antics, they all become aware instantly and go into hiding.  I think some of the key original bashers may have been hunted down a few months back and many just stopped posting.  They all obviously were slandering, defamation of character of the company, and constant lying about facts, and constant manipulation of the stock price.  Enough for some serious penalties IMO.
