You may very well be right. But technically, it doesn't become THC until it is removed from the plant and it "decarboxylates". It seems like Apel has found a way to prevent this from happening when they extract the weed. The hemp laws allow a small amount of THC in a hemp product.
The question is how much they will try to push it. I bet Mr. Benz is checking this path out real good. With all the media buzz on mmj, an infomercial on a supplement with the benefits of pot that doesn't get you high would be a huge deal.
