What wasn't said in the PR:
Gold says that they have crossed the bridge between medical marijuana and nutraceutical supplements. But they say that the Dharmanal products will be sold through collectives. If the boys at B-bio have found a way to deactivate THC in MMJ, they may actually be able to sell it through the nutraceutical supplement market, meaning OTC and the web and Walgreens.
This is because the government has made regulations for hemp based health products. These regulations are technically in conflict with the controlled substances act, but they have let non-thc hemp products flourish. Perhaps they realized that the discovery itself would play out good, and another press release that it will be available over the counter to all will be issued soon. Could we see some sort of infomercial on TV for non-active marijuana that fits the regulations for hemp health products? I guess yes!
