If NRI on the Stockton # 3 is 75% and NRI on Mitchell # 5 is 28.5%, why would we move to Mitchell # 5? Is it because we are on the edge of outfield for Stockton # 3 and NRI would actually be less net than the Mitchell # 5? Don't mean to make it confusing.
