The buck stops here. Shorting is legal. No one can stop someone else from selling 100 shares at $15.00 if they want to. They are simply saying when this stock price falls way down I will buy these shares back. Really !!! With the asking price at $50.00 and higher you'll buy them back.
What someone is saying is I will sell them short and take the price down because
PEOPLE DON'T BUY A STOCK THAT IS GOING DOWN.
It happens and people act the same many times except here. Here there are only 55,000 shares for anyone to own in the first place. Gerry Lenfest owns the rest . Gerry's not selling.
PEOPLE WHO OWN TELVUE STOCK HOLD WHAT THEY OWN AND SHOULD THE PRICE GO LOWER THEY BUY MORE.
No one is going to buy shares at $50.00 or $100.00 right now. Right now everyone is praying for the price to go down. Right now everyone wants one more chance at trying for shares of TelVue because TelVue is making money in the beginning of a really red hot boom market.
There may be people who will come and tell you it's time to give them the shares you own at a cheap price so they can make tons of money.
I don't blame them for that. They know TelVue has won this one. The war is over here and those who own shares of TelVue are the winners.
