GoldNApel FB Update!!

GoldNApel 10/10/2013.

Hi Everybody,

I have been carrying on a conversation with Chris on the facebook message feature. He recently inquired if we were still active because he hadn't heard from me for a few days, as we were quite busy. I wrote him a long reply and realized that it might be good to share it with everyone. Here it is:

Hi Chris,

Yes we are active and we have been working very hard. Sorry I was slow in replying. That time of the year! Harvest time for a strain of Cannatonic that yielded over 17% CBD several years back. Waiting for tests on this year's efforts. Hopefully we have the THC down to near nothing, but actually, it doesn't matter all that much anymore. We can now preserve all of the cannabinoids in their non-psychoactive form with the new technology that Dr. Apel has developed over the last year or so, and that we announced today.

The "game-changer" we talked about a while back is here. I really believe that our new Dharmanol preparation will enable a cancer patient to take 10 or more times the cannabinoids that are recommended in Simpson therapy, and there may well be no cancer that can stand up to this kind of treatment in an otherwise-healthy individual. Everything we have seen in this field of research indicates that this may well be true.

I will never claim a "cure" until we have some double-blind placebo-controlled tests of the type Dr. Abrams wants to do, if the government would ever give him some "official" cannabis oil to experiment with, but even a person with no formal education in science can go online, google keywords like "cannabis cancer" and do many hours of informative reading from reputable scientific sources.

I would think that anyone with an interest in what SK3 and BBio are doing would perform this simple task and see what the current research is saying. Even the staunchest skeptic, with a bit of reading and study, would likely agree that cannabinoid therapy is indeed a treatment for cancer that holds a great deal of promise for mankind. That is why I find it so hard to believe that there are those who try so hard to question everything that we are doing, and present all of our activities in the worst possible light on the message boards.

(By the way, I will scan the boards on a day such as today, but all of us are far too busy building our respective parts of this company to put much time and effort into the boards).

Several months ago I said that I would answer any questions here that I could from those who speculate on the message boards, and I appreciate your starting a conversation with me, but I have received very few questions.

The announcement today was just a part of where we see this going. We now have the capacity to remove the psychoactivity from the kind herb, and make it truly a kind medicine, for all of those in need of healing. There are several different delivery systems we are working on, as well as combinations with other healing herbs and supplements, providing Dharmanol-based medicines tailored specifically for a variety of the ailments that cannabinoid therapy has shown to be effective in treating.

Thanks again for the conversation. I will always do my best to keep a good dialogue going.

Dave

While I'm at it, let me clarify low-dose and high-dose Dharmanol. The low-dose tablets are designed for daily health maintenance with a total of 10 mg. of cannabinoids, consisting of 5 mg. CBD and 5 mg. mixed cannabinoid carboxylates (which have been stabilized in their non-psychoactive form), and an additional 5 mg of steam-extracted terpenes and terpenoids from a variety of strains of cannabis. (The terpenes help the cannabinoids bind to the receptors, enhancing the efficacy of the treatment). Also, the steam-extract allows the extraction and inclusion of many different elements of the kind herb which have demonstrated that so-called whole plant medicinals are much better than just the isolated elements, in many cases, and utilizing an extract from the widest variety of strains possible insures that we get some of the entire spectrum of whole-plant goodness.

The purpose of high-dose Dharmanol is to provide the body of a cancer patient with the equivalent of a Simpson dose, but without the psychoactivity or "high". A different delivery system is being prepared for utilizing Dharmanol in high doses for the treatment of serious illnesses, but it is not inconceivable for a person treating cancer to chew 8 low-dose Dharmanol tablets six times a day, which would give a Simpson-sized dose with no side effects, and, in strictly my own opinion, the safest and most promising experimental cancer treatment that is currently being studied in the world of cannabis science.

The ultimate hope for Dharmanol will come in mega-doses that exceed the Simpson norm many times. Simpson's recommended dose is about one ten-thousandth of the LD-50 for marijuana. (LD-50 is the amount of a drug that will kill half of the lab animals to which it is administered). Most cancer drugs are so harmful to the body that the effective dose is a large percentage of the size dose that will cause death.

With the huge ratio between the Simpson dose and the LD-50 for cannabis, there is opportunity to step up the dosage levels many times. The only reason this isn't done is because handling a full gram of strong cannabis oil daily is very difficult for many people, especially by those who have never experienced cannabis. Now that we have removed the psychoactivity and medicinalized the plant, we will soon see the results of people treating serious illnesses with many times the doses possible today.

Cannabis medicine works on both ends of the spectrum. Small daily doses will tune up the body's own endo-cannabinoid system, keeping one healthy. Large doses are doseage-dependent, meaning the more the better. University lab tests have shown that concentrated cannabis medicine, when applied to cancerous tissue, adjacent to healthy tissue, will directly kill the malignant cells, while simultaneously strengthening the healthy ones. Even though there are many other mechanisms that cannabis uses to fight disease, I find this one amazing, and indicative of the special energy that this wonderful plant holds.

Thanks!

Dave
